Principal Message

Good afternoon! The end of the first quarter is here. The first quarter officially ends on Friday, October 13. Grades will be released Friday, October 20. Please check ProgressBook on your student's current status. If you need help getting into your account, please email Dana Snyder for support. More details are listed below.

Please continue to help reinforce positive values with your student as we progress through the year. We will continue to promote the values of the Raider Way.

As a reminder, when dropping off students in the morning. Please drop them off so they can exit onto the sidewalk and not have to cross all of the lanes. When dropping off students, all are encouraged to use the entire length of the fire lane when dropping off students. Students that are walking to school and crossing Elm need to use the signals to help with alert oncoming traffic. Thanks for your assistance with keeping students safe. Have a great week!

Go Red Raiders!

ATTENDANCE MATTERS: LCS PARTNERS WITH STAY IN THE GAME NETWORK TO HELP ADDRESS CHRONIC STUDENT ABSENCES

Lou Kramer

OCT 03, 2023

London City Schools is thrilled to announce an exciting partnership with the Cleveland Browns and the Columbus Crew Foundation, highlighting the critical importance of attendance and engaged learning in the journey to student success. In today's educational landscape maintaining regular attendance stands as a fundamental pillar of academic achievement. The Stay in the Game! Keep Learning, Every Day Network, affectionately referred to as the Stay in the Game! Network, plays a pivotal role in this initiative, prioritizing attendance and combating chronic absenteeism by offering valuable resources to students.

This partnership reflects a shared vision of nurturing well-rounded, successful individuals equipped with the skills necessary to excel not only in their educational pursuits but also in life beyond the classroom. Together, London City Schools, the Cleveland Browns, and the Columbus Crew Foundation are taking proactive measures to safeguard student success, regardless of the learning environment.
