Good afternoon and welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! It's hard to believe but the start of the school is upon us. We have met many of the Class of 2027 during Freshmen Orientation. Our football team had a great showing at the Jamboree game. All fall sports and activities have put in several hours of practice and scrimmaged other teams. Our teachers have started to prepare their rooms and will be ready for your students on Wednesday.
Thank you to all who have welcomed my family and I into the community. We have been to the Strawberry Festival, the Madison County Fair, seen the Sound of Music and seen the start of the sport's season just to name a few activities that make this community great.
During this year, we want to enhance our communication. We have opened a building Facebook, Twitter and Instagram account. We also will be sharing this newsletter. Besides sharing information, we hope that this newsletter can be used to serve as a tool to support the students of London High School with the sharing of a weekly schedule, supports and pertinent grade level information for our students. This will also provide us another place to celebrate the successes of London High School.
I look forward to meeting your students and you as we enter the year. We look forward to discovering ways to help serve our students as they start to identify what they want to do after London High School. We are excited to help them make connections to build their futures. It will be a fantastic year, and I am excited for it to begin!
